Three phases, scheduled around your trades
We can do all three or step in at whichever phase your project needs.
Rough clean
After drywall, taping and paint. Debris removed, dust vacuumed from every surface, sticker and film removal started, site swept so finish trades work in a clean space.
Final clean
After flooring, cabinets, fixtures and appliances are installed. Every surface detailed inside and out, windows and frames cleaned, floors scrubbed, fixtures polished, vents wiped.
Touch-up clean
Just before walkthrough or handover. Fingerprints, settled drywall dust, punch-list areas and any spots left by last-minute work.

When should post-construction cleaning be scheduled?
After the last trade has finished and before the final walkthrough. Ideally a rough clean after drywall and paint, a final clean after fixtures and flooring, and a touch-up just before handover.
How much does post-construction cleaning cost?

Are you insured to work on active job sites?
Yes. Ali's Star is licensed and insured, and crews follow site safety requirements including PPE and coordination with your superintendent.
Do you work with contractors on a recurring basis?
Yes. We schedule per phase or per unit for builders and remodelers with repeat projects across the county.
Can you clean occupied renovation projects?
Yes. For kitchen, bath or room remodels in occupied homes we contain dust, protect furnishings and clean the finished area so the family can use it immediately.
